Our guesthouse

Spend some days in Nagymaros, in the heart of the Danube bend, surrounded by the Börzöny and Pilis mountains where you can enrich your stay with many different activities and programs. You can hike, go to historic Visegrad or Esztergom, take a boat trip on the River Danube, or sunbathe on the sandy beach, in the middle of the river! It is just like a sea!.

Our guesthouse lies in a quiet street behind the bicycle road on the riverfront, opposite the Visegrad Castle. In the Sólyomsziget Guesthouse maximum 7 people can be put up. One of the bedrooms is a single room, the other is a double one. A teracce, looking to the Danube, the Pilis mountains and the garden, is attached to the living room which leads to the loft where another 2 people can find comfortable beds.

The kitchen on the ground floor, equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, gas cooker, toaster, tea maker is right behind a teracce too, so you can enjoy your meals outside with the many birds. In the garden there is a pool where you or children can relax and play. You can find shade under the parasol, and you can sunbathe on the deck-chair or the inflatable beach mattress. All besides these there is table tennis, badminton, chess and so on.
